California's 9th circuit is already unacceptably activist. People are paying attention to these judges who are partisan. the 9th circuit judge is why we have the mess at the border that we have now. Everybody knows it.
The president’s judicial nominee for the Ninth Circuit, Kenneth Lee, holds views far outside the mainstream on civil rights, affirmative action and labor rights.
