You mean illegal aliens, right? We have millions of illegal aliens living (and voting) in California. The rest of the country will not tolerate being ruled by CA and NY. You are trying to dissolve the union.
Californians are consistently under-represented when voting for president because of the Electoral College. This is by design. The people vote for electors. The state’s electors vote for president. This keeps one state from running the rest of the country.

We aren't underrepresented in anything. If anything we are over represented because every illegal living here is counted as a citizen during the census and that determines our population and that determines our Representatives in Congress. You know this.
