Your forgot to add GENTRIFICATION to your list. Developers coming in flipping homes that use to cost $200,000 to resell for $600,000. Apt that use to be affordable are now $3,000 a month! Leave California!

I was born in CA & have lived here most of my life. I can't think of a single way that CA is a model for the rest of the country. Unless you are referring to what they should avoid.

Same. Cali is living off the hard work & achievements of our ancestors who built the city, the freeways, the aqueducts, that made it possible without improving or expanding or governing wisely. Now it's running on the fumes of past generations hard work with no ability to fix it
