The gender wage gap persists in retirement. Retirement-age women on average have incomes that are 25% lower than those of men & they’re 80% more likely to be impoverished. That’s why we’ve introduced a bill to give women the resources they need to prepare for retirement.pic.twitter.com/JKssOzkeTJ

As EB5 investors from China have created jobs and economic benefits for the United States, we should not wait more than 15 years. Honorable members of congress, please support S368.thank you!

Why don't we introduce a bill that gives all women $407K at birth, to accommodate today's male entitlement program (aka glass ceiling)? We can then work on establishing fair wages, and after we succeed, we can sunset the $407K birth-equalization program.

Dear senator Ms., the old #EB5 has become ridiculous, illegal immigrants can not get their identity in 15 years, legal #EB5 investors need to wait for more than 15 years, they invest in California and generate employment, This is not fair, please support #S386pic.twitter.com/C5DMW6vInx

This is because: (1) Fewer women in that generation worked, thus did not have retirement packages. (2) Social Security payout is a function of income & time worked. This is already working itself out as more women are working, and will have higher SS and retirement assets.

That’s not what the Obama Admin and HRC campaign said when it came to light they were not paying women the same as men.

Great idea. To me this is far more important than paying off kids student loans. yes we need to do a lot of reform and regulate some things in colleges so it's not so high and so many years required, but do that before you pay off any loans.

I think if you're going to do any debt forgiveness it should start with these elderly whose income will not enable them to survive. That doesn't mean all, but certainly that 33% who could never save money because they can't make money enough.
