What right does a man have that a woman does not in 2019?
It’s completely unacceptable that in 2019 our Constitution still doesn’t expressly guarantee gender equality. It must have slipped your mind Dianne but the ERA was "passed" by congress in 1972. The problem is that it has only been ratified by 31 states not the 35 that's required for ratification.
