Shouldn't this apply to everyone though?
Military families shouldn’t have to live in hazardous conditions, but many who live in privatized housing do. Our bill allows families to withhold rent until hazards are fixed, requires greater oversight of contractors and allows service members to leave unsafe homes at no cost.

Ma'am how about we do away with privatized housing and revert to the old system? It's clear this experiment has failed military families and only lined the private companies' pockets at their expense.
