This is insane. As a former foster child, I speak for many when I say we didn't care about the family's religion, only cared about whether they were kind and decent and didn't try to feed us dog food for dinner (yes that really happened).
20,000 foster kids age out of the system each year with no place to call home. With so many children in need, qualified parents shouldn’t be turned away for their religion. My best friend, and she will hate me for this, aged out and had to deal with the worst kind of abuse and neglect all because you just need to say the right things to be a foster. This is a step in the right direction to making her experience less common.

My daughter, now 21, was agency kidnapped at 7 months. Greene county Ohio thought they could sell her for private profit adoption to creatively finance the base during zero defense dollars. Many babies, children sold to porn groups etc.
