NEW: Four of my bills have been signed into law as a part of a lands package. These bills secure new protections for our desert, create California’s first National Heritage Area, develop new ways to manage the Santa Ana Wash & facilitate safety upgrades to the Contra Costa Canal.

So, what have you done to designate large areas of acreage in California deserts or Mountains for large scale water reservoirs to provide the water for the population! We just watched trillions of gallons of water go into the Pacific, rather than be captured and stored for use.
