That’s why I introduced the Agricultural Worker Program Act, to give farmworkers & their families a path to legal residence. That stability would also provide reliable farm labor for our growers. These workers feed America and we all benefit by protecting them from deportation.
Give them a 6 month work visa like they did back in the day

It's so unfortunate that the US, even those intending to help immigrants, refers to the undocumented by their utility for labor, and not their needs as fellow human beings.
I hope farmers intend to pay them a decent wage and not just rely on them for cheap labor
Which is why we ask you and the govt. to increase funding for robotics research so that farmers can keep up with increasing demand for food while keeping low enough for more to afford a meal. Thank you in advance
