Senator Dianne Feinstein Retweeted NYT National News

I authored the Crime Victims’ Rights Act with Senator Jon Kyl in 2004. The law was enacted to ensure victims were kept informed throughout the legal process and given the opportunity to be heard in court.https://twitter.com/NYTNational/status/1099026550442348546 …

Prosecutors led by current Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta violated federal law when they failed to tell victims about an agreement not to prosecute Jeffrey Epstein, a wealthy New York financier accused of molesting dozens of underage girls https://nyti.ms/2SSntHU

In his role as U.S. attorney, Alex Acosta met with Epstein’s attorney, who subsequently thanked Acosta for his pledge to not contact ‘any of the identified individuals, potential witnesses or potential civil claimants in this matter and their respective counsel in this matter.’

This law was meant to protect victims from people precisely like Jeffrey Epstein, and it works when prosecutors follow it. The law was not followed in this case.

So, when will Jeffrey Epstein or Alex Acosta be held accountable? Jeffrey Epstein is currently living it up in the Virgin Islands despite having run a pedophile ring for elites, and Acosta has been promoted to US Secretary of Labor.

When will Jeffrey Epstein be held accountable? He has committed the most horrendous crimes and yet a decade has passed without any significant justice for the victims 💁🏻‍♀️

No doubt Epstein has been abusing more girls in the past decade 😥. Acosta should be in jail for this. He can share a cell with Epstein.😡

Is there any POSSIBLE way that the Senate can hold open oversigh committee hearing and let the victims testify? The House probably will, but if the Senate could hold even one hearing it would make a huge difference.

Maybe a subcommittee. There has to be SOME Republican in charge of a subcommittee who would hold an open hearing on this. A Cabinet Secretary broke the law when he was a prosecutor and let a wealthy child rapist off with an illegal plea deal.

OUR LEADERS IN POWER AND THE CRIMINALS AS WELL THIS IS SOMETHING TO CONSIDER. Romans 13:1-4 [1] Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
