This law was meant to protect victims from people precisely like Jeffrey Epstein, and it works when prosecutors follow it. The law was not followed in this case.

Then why isn't Acosta and all others involved in this indicted and prosecuted? Why are there no hearings scheduled? Where is the Office of Professional Responsibilities? Where is the state bar association? DO Something About It.

Having covered this case for a decade, this secrecy regarding the Epstein non-prosecution agreement has been known and detailed by news oulets for years. Acosta’s Cabinet position now seems to be the tipping point.
