Red flag laws strip gun owners of their constitutional rights. Some accusers can lie or make mistakes. Some can even wrongly accuse a victim who is just trying to protect themselves. Your rights are taken away without due process.
More states are allowing courts to keep guns out of the hands of people who pose a risk to themselves or others. My bill would support these states and encourage others to enact similar laws. the Florida shooting was caused by the acting Florida DA not charging the young offender . over and over again he committed crimes if theDA and the police would of not had there hands tied by the liberals this would of stop this shooting long before it happens.
