Raise the labor cost, which raises the price of food, which results in people having more money to spend on more expensive things. Makes perfect sense.

They already made this a California state law. The farmers simply brought in new crews after 8 hours to avoid the overtime. Workers ended up getting cheated on their pay and made less money. Good thing the tax payers are there to supplement their income with direct aid.

We are dependent on the farm workers. They are the only ones willing to break their backs providing us with the food we all love. Take a drive past the farms and count how many non immigrants are breaking their backs providing you with your favorite food!
