Lord lady go back to school. If a cavity has formed and collapses it will not RAISE sea levels, at best/worse it will LOWER them as the cavity fills with sea water. In all probability it will have no impact

Try to understand. There is a cavity under the ice shelf and the water. If it does collaspe it will displace the water and raise the level. Think of having a glass of water and putting ice in it, the water level will rise as more ice is put in.

Now how the heck are you ever going to get those other countries to do that. Ours was cut last year. That even without the costly Paris climate deal!
