Senator Dianne Feinstein Retweeted U.S. GAO

BREAKING: New GAO report shows President Trump spends tens of millions of dollars to travel to Mar-a-Lago at taxpayer expense – including government funds paid directly to his own business. Trump’s first 4 trips cost $13.6 million, including $60,000 paid directly to Mar-a-Lago.https://twitter.com/USGAO/status/1092846682155438082 …

Jesus, people! We the taxpayers pay for all the of their travel expenses. That’s not the point! When previous presidents travelled, the cost of that travel went back into the economy. In Trump’s case, those payments are going right into his pocket - huge conflict of interest!!

Stop the “whatabout-isms”! No other President or member of Congress for that matter has ever done what Trump is doing. There’s an Emoluments Clause for a reason.

Put Pelosi's expenses up there while your at it. Let's do a comparison. Side by side.Until you can show that shut up. They all have expenses. What are Schumer's? Lets do all of congress and senate. Let the American people see just how much is spent. We can make our oun minds up.

Sounds good be sure to also compare how much money is going into companies that each member owns. I hear Pelosi only stay’s at Pelosi Hotels.

Yeah and Obama's vacations we're paid for by our tax dollars too so what's your point.

Obama didn't go on vacations every other week to Obama Golf Resort, so it's a pretty good point

I'm a rabid member of @TheDemocrats but also a former deluxe hotel sales manager whose clients included @SecretService. That bill's not so bad. Trust me. If you want to stop it, get @SpeakerPelosi to impeach him and start the trial. Otherwise don't nickle dime the Secret Service.

I think you are missing the point. It's not about how much the Secret Service spends at a hotel in their protective service of the President, it's that it's HIS hotel and he is personally profiting.

The difference is Obama took a ton of vacations and never accomplished anything. Trump takes those trips an has accomplished more in two years than any previous president before him.
