California has the strongest gun laws and is amongst the lowest in gun deaths in the nation. We have proven that strong gun laws work, without infringing on the Second Amendment.
San Diego secured its 100th restraining order to keep firearms out of the hands of dangerous people. California shows that red-flag laws work. They are lawful, constitutional and keep us all safer. The population of gun owners in San Diego far exceeds the 100 restraining orders. Law already states you can’t purchase a firearm when you have a restraining order. More useless legislation from you.
