We’ve been asking for the government to be opened and negotiations to proceed over border security and immigration reform. Today, the president and Senate Republicans have agreed to do just that, and I look forward to rolling up our sleeves and reaching a long-term agreement.

And nothing will change. We’ll see amnesty, more DACA, sanctuary cities, activist judges, more caravans. American sovereignty buried at our border. I have zero faith in our government. No one is serving the American citizen.
