The Supreme Court should rule however it damn well pleases, because that is the entire point of an independent judiciary.

Sorry, Senator Feinstein. The Supreme Court is no longer an independent judiciary. They are now highly partisan and don’t have justice in their sights. Instead they have a motive to tow the Republican Party line. As an attorney, my heart breaks.

If a transgender is receiving hormone therapy, how can they be activated and sent off if needed? Men used to be consider unfit for service if they had flat feet or vision problems. Wouldn't the therapy be a problem?

When I tried to join in the 80s I was kicked out of the recruiters office because i was gay. My partner died, 2006 in Iraq. He died for a country that would have thrown him out for loving me. This country owes the LGBTQI communities so much. Sick of being second class.
