I own a small business and our entry-level jobs start at $15. It stings but it's the right thing to do. And I have happy employees who provide great value because they know that I value them.

Yes, it is a commonsense decision. Prices go up every year, and the cost of living gets more difficult. But to move the minimum wage up to $15 would help maintain responsibility. Apartments and homes goes up. Food goes up. We have to eat

I’m not against a living wage. But I’m against the inflation and harm it will do to even more people.

Soooo what about the jobs that are paying $15 an hr at the moment? Are they gonna get a raise?

Not enough. Amazon raised MW to $15/hr. That’s my husband’s pay as a sup after 4 years. His rate went up $1.30. Minimum was bumped by $5?! It’s a $TRILLON co. He’s stuck. No one has the drive to move up, meaning no one will take his spot so he can get salary. How is this fixed?
