Does that mean when they receive their back pay they will have to repay all benefits Or is this just another free benefit at the expense of the Calif tax payer. They Are NOT unemployed Are the teachers in LA going to be included also. Please Mr President we need Fed Aid

When the federal workers go back to work after the shutdown do they receive back pay? If so, will they be required to refuse it if they accepted unemployment or will they pay back the unemployment? Or do they keep both? Just asking!

If they receive back pay then all of the unemployment will have to be repaid. If they don't repay they can be prosecuted for unemployment fraud.
