A "bump stock" is not protected by the 2nd Amendment. A "bump stock" isn't a firearm. So, no infringement of a Constitutional right.

I have used bumpstocks...they are a gimmick for supposed three gun competitive shooting...they do not significantly increase the rate of fire...this is a nothing ban...which does nothing to improve background checks or waiting periods which would be more beneficial

There are restrictions on speech and the right to assembly, both protected under the Bill of Rights. Why can there not be any restrictions on guns?

Would it be possible to sue the regulators who allowed these things to be sold openly, when their purpose is obviously to turn semi-automatic weapons into fully automatic? Modifying weapons to make them fully auto used to be illegal. People died because of this negligence.

Except it doesn't turn it into fully automatic. You still have to pull the trigger each time you want to fire. That still makes it a semi auto gun
