Kobes has filed briefs in only two appeals, yet he’s been nominated to serve on an appellate court where he would write dozens of opinions a year. Circuit courts are where most Americans receive final justice. They deserve to have qualified, experienced judges presiding.
The American Bar Association said of Kobes: “None of the writing that we reviewed is reflective of complex legal analysis, knowledge of the law, or ability to write about complex matters in a clear and cogent manner — qualities that are essential for a circuit court judge.”
So the ONLY qualification that matters to the #GOP is that the Federalist Society picked him because his rulings are sure to follow the most extreme right wing positions...remind me...what country is this?
Of course Trump would put up someone not qualified. It's his method of undermining the justice system. And when you and others make your comments it's designed to draw out his Trumpzombie followers to spew their blind loyalty. Actually its a pretty clever deflection on his part.

The inexperience of Trump's nominees to the bench is alarming. It is time to pull whatever nuclear option there is.
One would think the fact that none of his writings reflect...KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW would necessitate a no vote.
