The Senate will vote on yet another nominee the American Bar Association rates “not qualified.” Jonathan Kobes, age 44, is nominated to a lifetime appointment to the Eighth Circuit. He’s never been a judge, has tried only SIX cases, and has argued only ONE appeal – 15 years ago.
Kobes has filed briefs in only two appeals, yet he’s been nominated to serve on an appellate court where he would write dozens of opinions a year. Circuit courts are where most Americans receive final justice. They deserve to have qualified, experienced judges presiding.
The American Bar Association said of Kobes: “None of the writing that we reviewed is reflective of complex legal analysis, knowledge of the law, or ability to write about complex matters in a clear and cogent manner — qualities that are essential for a circuit court judge.”

So how many judges the ABA ranked "not qualified" has McConnell approved since Trump assumed office? As we go about cleaning up all the messes this traitorous administration has made, removing these unqualified people from the bench MUST be near the top of the list.
Trump is intentionally trying to weaken the USA - destroying the economy, installing unqualified leaders, creating mistrust of the government, abandoning allies, etc. - so it will be easier for Russia to take control.
If your objective is to tear down the court system, then nominating unqualified persons for any judge-ship accomplishes your mission.
