Climate change, happens..., It Should be embraced. We are too tiny to affect the climate of a planet much, one way or the other. Human's main contribution is in its marketing.

We must also be prepared for extreme drought which dams and tunnels will not solve. We need restored ground water systems, urban sustainability projects, and fewer acres of almonds planted on selenium loaded soil.

Nobody knows that climate change had anything to do with CA wildfires. Jerry Brown's veto of a forest clean-up bill we know had impact on all the fires. We don't even know if there is climate change, or if there is,we don't know it's caused by human endeavors. It's just opinion.
