A Butte County Disaster Recovery Center is open. The center is located in the former Sears store at the Chico Mall, 1982 East 20th Street. The center will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

My staff member who has an ID & car reg that says the next town over can’t prove she lived in Paradise. So no help. Who ran out with their lease agreement with a minute to get out alive.
