Great to see the FDA bar the use of lead acetate. This is an ingredient in some men’s hair dyes and exposure may be harmful. While this is a good first step, lead acetate is just one of many ingredients in personal care products that needs further safety evaluation.

Our bill would require the FDA to regularly review the safety of widely-used ingredients currently found in products like shampoo, hair dye, nail polish and makeup. Current regulations have barely changed since 1938! It’s time for an update. http://www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?a=files.serve&File_id=CD70ECB6-BA76-4A2D-B157-35BBF8E1E87F …

Well DiFi lead in men's hair dyes is low on CA general population's list of worries. Why can't you implement laws to mandate CA water suppliers to COMPLETELY eliminate Hexavalent chromium. It's been 25 years since Erin Brockovich's lawsuit and CA water is still poisonous.

What we really need in the United States of America is an absolute "cultural change/SHIFT." This is beyond question -- beyond doubt -- although it will be fought against by millions of lobbyists and corporate dollars. CORPORATIONS NEED TO HAVE AN UNDERLYING PHILOSOPHY THAT THEY

Oh, so this is what may have contributed to Trump’s mental illness. Too much hair dye.
