I believe Mexico offered them shelter and work status. If they turned it down they are no longer refugees.

According to United Nations Law, if they refuse a legitimate offer of asylum, they are no longer refugees and no country is obligated to offer them ANYTHING.

If they come legally no problem but over half come illegal then want free benefits how about taking care of our homeless in our country first especially Vets.
