Respectfully, while I don’t see what you could have done differently, may I suggest that you and all Dems abandon, indefinitely, the rhetoric of good faith when speaking to or about the GOP. They have shown, through countless acts and omissions, that they are endowed with none.
The decision to move forward on 9th Circuit nominees without consultation or responding to my acceptance of the White House’s offer reflects President Trump’s desire to stack the court.
