No one is asking the FBI to reach conclusions regarding the Kavanaugh sexual battery allegations. What we ARE asking is for the facts, which the FBI is uniquely suited to collect. Republicans repeatedly refused to ask the FBI do its job.

So if you cared so much why didn’t you bring this up when you received the letter so it could of been investigated when the FBI was doing their background checks?

There is NO deadline for FBI background checks. When Clarence Thomas was under consideration for the Supreme Court president asked the FBI to look into sexual misconduct allegations. Why is what was permissible under a prior Republican President impermissible now?
