Your state, Dianne, makes it so easy, one doesn't even have to be a citizen of the United States. A citizen of any country is good enough, however a citizen of some 3rd world country is better.

Yes, everyone should register to vote and we need to have stricter laws with voting. Voter should show ID cards to vote and make it a federal law if your caught voting more than once a minimum of 10 years in jail and you give up your right to vote for life.
