Brett Kavanaugh had no problem saying Roe v. Wade is “settled law” but he refused to tell me if he thought it was correctly decided. His own email shows what he believes about the Supreme Court’s ability to overturn Roe. This is #WhatsAtStake, plain and simple.pic.twitter.com/7dq3ITnuS3

Settled law can be changed. Brown changed settled law. Dred Scott was settled law. Settled can be changed depending on the arguments. Precedents can be changed. It takes more than one person. If you don't understand this do us a favor and resign. 2A is settled law, got it?

I wish Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski were willing to do more than pay lip service to women's right to privacy and reproductive choices.
