#Kavanaugh lies under oath. How is that not an instant disqualifier for a judge, no less a SCOTUS justice? A lying justice appointed by #LiarInChief? Not what America ever needs. Especially not now. #StopKavanaugh

@TomCottonAR@JohnBoozman Lying under oath should B immediately disqualifying! also requires immediate#ReleaseOfAllDocuments. This is why Senators need 2 be able 2 examine all docs! If Judge Kavanaugh truly has integrity u all claim, he needs 2 insist on#FullTransparency - 2 more replies

Image what is in the other 199,999 docs the R's won't release. This is why hiding docs should NEVER be allowed.

What we are seeing in Senate Republicans and the White House trying to perpetrate a fraud on the American people to shoehorn Kavanaugh on to the Supreme Court. What they are doing to get him confirmed sounds exactly like what Paul Manafort did to get a bank loan.

We only know a fraction of what you know, and you know only a fraction of what exists on paper because the Republicans know they have plenty to hide. Kavanaugh needs to withdraw his nomination. We don’t need a perjurer on the Supreme Court. We already have one who is the AG.

This really really really really really matters. We cannot afford even one more perjurer one more liar one more amoral person in leadership. We already (apparently) have so many there are no checks and balances. No more liars in public service. It MATTERS.

Isn't he under oath?
-
Yes, he is. This is perjury before the Senate by a candidate for SCOTUS. We all need to let that sink in.

Enough. It's time to end this. Kavanaugh perjured himself and for obvious reasons is unfit to the appointment of a lifetime SCOTUS seat. He was nominated by Trump for the sole purpose of having Justices to rule in favor of his criminality if the Russia investigation ends up there
-
He actually said any government official who worked with or for a foreign government should be tried by military tribunals, not SCOTUS. So your point is moot.
