Make him answer & when he lies, refer the matter to have charges brought.
Judge Kavanaugh has repeatedly invoked the Intelligence Committee’s torture report in defending his 2006 response to questions about whether he knew about torture. To be clear, the report does NOT address whether Judge Kavanaugh was telling the truth.

Nice thought. But since GOP is on power, they would just trash any perjury try. However, that would change in Nov. And the Dems could start perjury or impeachment proceedings against a sitting SCOTUS who lied in 2006 & 2018. Or the mere shaming would force him to resign.

Several times today it’s been proven Kavanaugh has lied. With that, how are your Republican Senate colleagues able to openly appoint him? He is unqualified. This is public. Where is the law stopping this?

it started out with promising interrogation by Dems....and after Kavanaugh threw out a coupla compliments, the Dems have receded into their usual butter knife offense....they are actually trying to impress him, WTH....it's become so disappointing

Won't happen with GOP in control of this committee, House & Senate. It really sucks. Our only chance is finding emails that revealed he lied at his 2006 hearing & this hearing. Exposing a SCOTUS jurist of perjury to get seated. Then impeachment or intense shame= resignation
