In 2017, Kavanaugh mischaracterized and failed to follow Supreme Court precedent in Planned Parenthood v. Casey. We've already seen him discard precedent on women's reproductive freedom.

If kavanaugh is so clean and blessed, why did he lie at his first hearings? Why can’t we see all his papers before the hearing? Truthful people have nothing to hide. Stop playing games with the Supreme Court. This man was chosen because he will support trump. Period.
