This places the position of the President to be above the law, as in dictatorships. That is not how democracy works!

I guess since we live in a republic we this isn’t an issue then? The Senator is incorrect in what Kavanaugh said. He simply said a sitting president cannot be indicted. He can most certainly be investigated and impeached.
