Then you and other Dems need to do more than make the perfunctory objections and publicize Kavanaugh's papers which Grassley wants to keep "Committee secret." If you don't, Kavanaugh's appointment is on you.
Roe v. Wade is "settled law" only until five Republican Supreme Court Justices overturn it. Brett Kavanaugh's statements should not convince anyone that he would uphold Roe.
