Keep the corporations and commercial interests out of the national and state parks. Stay on top of these issues and and make your voices known. Please retweet to alert others of this trend to strip our national parks for their resources and profit before we lose them all. SMH
The decision to eliminate protections from Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears National Monuments was based on a dubious legal opinion and is currently being challenged in court. Reports of new mining claims within these monuments are deeply concerning.

Thank you for fighting hard for these National Parks. I was just at Grand Staircase-Escalante and am horrified at the thought of its beauty and grandeur being cut in half for mining profits. Every acre is precious.
