Following this closely Sen. Feinstein...also making calls daily to Thom Tillis and urging others to contact their senators to release all information before the Kavanaugh nomination can go forward.
Brett Kavanaugh told the Senate in 2006 he had no KNOWLEDGE of torture or wiretapping. Reporting and emails released through FOIA has cast serious doubt on those answers. Kavanaugh's records would show whether he told truth, but Republicans are blocking their release.

Forget confirmation to the Supreme Court - it’s sounding more and more like
@BrettKavanaugh needs to be impeached from the position he holds currently. Directly committing perjury about serious material facts in a confirmation hearing has to be disqualifying from any bench! -
Remember that US Attorney General Jeff Sessions committed perjury during his confirmation hearings re Contacts with Russians. Nobody has lifted finger to impeach him. Or reprimand him. So don’t expect the GOP to suddenly care about judges perjuring themselves before Congress.
