@SenFeinstein wants to put all infrastructure projects in CA at risk by opening up CEQA and creating a duplicative, unnecessary new level of review on top of the strictest enviro law in the nation. #NOAB1000
I urge the California legislature to pass AB 1000. The bill adds a state review process to safeguard limited water resources in the California desert from harmful projects like Cadiz. The state should act on the bill this month.
