The only documents that will be available before then are those that have been personally approved by President George W. Bush’s private lawyer, a man who also represents Steve Bannon, Don McGahn and Reince Priebus. This has never been done before.

If Republicans don’t want to review Brett Kavanaugh’s record, they don’t have to. But they shouldn’t deny the public and Democrats who want to fulfill their constitutional responsibility the opportunity to fully vet this nominee and better understand his views.

Why is Mitch McConnell rushing it this time🤔 he was ok in 2016 to wait until November! He’s a traitor and complicit! He knew what was being cooked and end results of it! He must investigate

@GOP need to listen to all the voters not just their base and #ReleaseTheRecords. I'm sick of not being represented by these people that are supposed to represent all of their constituents, not just those that agree with them and trump's agenda of hate, fearmongering and lies.

It's not a question of if they "want to." They should HAVE to... It's part of due diligence. It's part of representing their constituents (ALL of their constituents, not just the ones whom they favor) responsibly. In other words, IT'S THEIR JOB!
