California’s farmers want access to foreign markets, not a $12 billion taxpayer-funded handout for President Trump’s failed trade war.

Instead of providing a Band-Aid for his disastrous trade policies, President Trump could help farmers by ending his unnecessary trade war. Throwing taxpayer money at President Trump’s problem won’t fix it.

my grandfather was a farmer so I have a lot of respect for them & their hard work, but the American ppl should not be responsible for bailing them out! Trump wanted the trade war, they knew what he was going to do this when they voted for 4 bankruptcies, Trump's not a deal!

Don’t confuse farmers like your grandfather with the agribusinesses being bailed out by Trump’s GOP.

How can you and the other members in Congress stop this? There is always a check-and-balance with our govt; but why are we running America as a Dictatorship?

I dont think Russia's economy can absorb our now excess products. That's pretty much the only market that trump sees as a partner.
