Yes. This is a lifetime appointment made during an election year of a man who was nominated by a president who is under investigation. It has never been more critical for the Senate to meaningfully honor its Constitutional obligation to advise. Article II, Section 2, paragraph 2.

Yes because as a American what I have learned about this man is more troubling and there's no question in my mind that he has taken a special loyalty pledge and the release of records is urgent you can not put him thru without this information
