Guns aren't the problem. Evil is the problem. I have always had guns in my home - from childhood on - and not a of them of killed a thing. Criminals will always be able to obtain a weapon - look at the shooting in Canada.
My thoughts are with the victims of the shooting in Silver Lake and South LA over the weekend. Gun violence is far too commonplace, and this shooting demonstrates the frightening correlation between domestic violence and guns. We can and must do more to address both.

both are already illegal. domestic abuse and using a gun in the commission of a crime are valid charges. it's not the laws that need changing, it's people's hearts and you can't legislate that.
