His record takes second place to opposing ANY nomination by POTUS when (1) he's an official subject of the Russia investigation, (2) investigations haven't even started into the likelihood of Trump's fraudulently inducing Kennedy to retire, & (3) only four months before midterms.
We’ve seen this before: a Republican Supreme Court nominee promises to respect precedent during confirmation hearings then proceeds to overturn decades of settled law. Promises from Kavanaugh shouldn’t be enough, we must look at his record. #WhatsAtStake
