Wrong. Even if Roe v Wade were overturned it would then fall to each states’ governments. It does NOT equate to a ban. But don’t let facts interrupt your fearmongering.

That's only part of it. Roe v Wade is just the icing on the cake to Trump (he doesn't actually care about abortion, but his base does). The REAL reason is because of his views on investigating Republican presidents. Kavanaugh believes they should be above the law, just like Trump

No. It was because he passed the litmus test of saying a sitting president can’t be indicted. Roe v. Wade was simply a bone for Trump supporters. His life demonstrates he does not care about that issue at all.
