I stand strong for Women's Rights but States have been making their own laws,e.g. heartbeat and Roe vs. Wade seems to me hardly worth the paper its written on now. This is just scare tactics on your part. Nothing is going to change Calif. position. Vote for a good man and get on.

The problem you are facing is the Constitution used to be the ideological center. Conservatives only want a justice that will base their rulings on the Constitution. It's a sad day when a Congressman, who is charged with upholding the Constitution, finds that to be ideological.
