Perhaps he is confident against war & nuclear threats by Russia— I don’t think he’s able to stop the hacking of our Midterm votes. Putin wants to keep Trump in power. If he helps GOP win majority via hacking—Trump will stay. We desperately need #PaperBallots before it’s too late.
