Congress is about to give President Trump a dangerous new nuclear weapon, a low-yield submarine-launched ballistic missile that is small enough to be used on a battlefield. This is a mistake, and I strongly oppose it. There is no winning a nuclear war.

Use that money to rebuild schools, pay higher wages to teachers, rebuild our bridges, provide healthcare. We have enough nuclear weapons to destroy the earth many times over.
