Diane, most of this is a bunch of NONSENSE. U want 2 help the opioid crisis, CLOSE THE BORDER so we don't have cartels shipping drugs across it. Also, 3 or 6 mo. prgrms for opioids don't work. Institute treatment prgrms for users that are at least 1 yr. long.
The drug overdose epidemic is a national crisis. 64,000 Americans were killed by drug overdoses in 2016—more than during the entire Vietnam War.
