I hope you learned enough to not to repeat history by separating boarder crossing families and keeping their children in military warehouses.
Did you discuss the similarities between Amache and the proposed warehousing of brown immigrant children on military bases?
Why don’t you spend some time at the GEO Detention center in Aurora talking to people that are “interned” currently. While your there you could make a statement about not ripping any more families apart, fixing the broken immigration laws and stop using immigrants as a wedge.
Now show some empathy for DACA and immigrants and pass some legislation. Please!

That’s right. The GOP wants to send old people to internment camps so the government doesn’t have to give them Social Security and the GOP can increase the military budget. Watch out everyone! Mark my words… The GOP will be coming for your Social Security. Only a matter of time.
